Cody Darr, a.k.a Lucid, a.k.a. Sonic Ether, has produced an amazing dance remix of Think of Me in honor of David’s homecoming. Another teen musical prodigy, Cody has become well-known in the fan community as a rising star in his own right due to his remixes and re-orchestrations of David’s recordings both old and new. “Team David” got wind of Cody’s efforts on David’s behalf and generously offered to have him participate in the events in Murray, Utah this week. We’re busting with pride for Cody, and crazy impressed with his work.

Wow, just incredible. This would be a nice first single for David’supcoming cd. Current, hip, edgy,yet totally David Archuleta and Lucid. Great job Lucid.
I love this version a lot! This is an untapped niche for David. The MP3 is pitched lower (possbly tempo is lower also) than the video. What a great job Cody!
jayemdaet -- someone in the YouTube comments mentioned something similar but I just re-checked both outputs and they sound exactly the same on my system. The audio for the video is not as full because of the rendering into Flash video, but there doesn’t appear to be any difference in tempo or pitch. If anyone else notices anything I may be missing please let me know.

rascal -- I have access to a Mac, Windows XP, and Linux machine. On my Mac, both the video and the music player version on archieangels.com sound right. However, when I go to archieangels.com and play the music player version with Windows XP or Linux, it is slowed down and the pitch is lower. I suspect a Flash player issue, but try it yourself on a Windows machine as see if you get the same results. If you need someone to help test, hit me up docs -at- themusiczone -dot- net.
