I just became aware of this site & it's great!! I am a Golden Archie. David has actually brought joy into my life! His beauty, rare talent, beautiful soul are so uplifting. I have 2 children of my own. Watching David is like watching one of your children blossom. I can scarcely wait until 11/11. I find myself thinking also that American Idol will never be the same. No one can compare to David. It will feel empty watching, like something is missing. But, back to David. I'm sure every song will be wonderful. I hope the album sets some new records like most #1 hits from one album. Thanks everyone for listening to me. My family thinks I've lost my mind because of my ODD. I don't care! I just love David!

Marly #229 Yes I am from Calgary Alberta... are we "neighbors"?

How bad is my ODD, WELL I am at the Public Library trying to catch up on this post. Our computor went down on Friday and I spent Saturday spazzing because I couldn't logon to check things out. Sigh, my time is almost up (they have a 30 minute limit).

Good morning y'all!

Kizzi,

Talk about Archulove! I can't get over this article by NY post. It's such a testimony to David's artistry and commitment to music. It feels so good to read something that sounds totally respectful, even partial to our David, even if not intentionally. At MJ's blog some people are calling David's album 'teen-pop' and 'boy band' material, much to the dismay of some 'champions of David' who are thick-skinned enough to post there. There's a heated debated going on. What makes me really incensed is how some cookies there have claimed that by saying that they're not really criticising, while they do so in the most condescending tone. Only those who are really envious and bitter can listen to this kid and label him another 'teen singer'. His songs sound as mature and current as most of other pop artists'. I love most of the songs in the album - Crush, Running, My Hands, ALTNOY, Barriers, To Be With You, You Can - and like all the others.

Indeed, Michelina is an 18-year-old highschool student who has made many beautiful David tribute videos. She is an amazing talent and many posters think Jive should hire her! So proud to say she is a fellow Canadian (Toronto I think).

juliebug - thanks for posting that article. I loved it! I especially loved . . . "He cared about the quality of every second of the song." Isn't that just like him? He is amazing.

Josie: I have wondered about the perfect pitch . . I have watched him carefully, trying to detect that very thing . . and I think it's true. More to love!

Freo - Isn't it wonderful to refresh on NotingDavid throughout the work day when we can? I, too, am tucked into work (PowerPoint presentation) and I allow myself "ArchuTreats" as I reach certain accomplishments as I go along. Yum, veggie chili is one of my favorites.

Freo - Isn't it fun to work and refresh periodically on NotingDavid througout the day? I call it my "ArchuTreat" for getting what I need to get done timely and accurately. So I am tucked into work today, too, on a PowerPoint - Cheers!
