And it is BECAUSE he has lived the type of life that he has, that he is capable of such touching emotion and performances!!! It is only since he has been involved with the "professional music world" that David's performances have been more limited----and that is by THEIR choice---not his. When David and his Dad can truly "follow their OWN hearts again, the emotion conveyed in his performances will be unprecedented!! He and his Dad know best what is right for David IF they are allowed to bring that forward. Remember the words in David's song "BARRIERS"----listen at the end---it says----"in a hurry to get somewhere and the world's trying to block you, block you----and you feel like you're nowhere 'cause the world's trying to stop you, stop you". David is dealing with a lot of BARRIERS as he tries to bring his music forward-----and it is not his choice or his fault. Others just need to step out of the way and allow all that beautiful emotion that he possesses to flow FREELY.
