Happy-if you're still on here, check your e-mail. Well about AI-8 - I'm definitely watching this year. It will be such a relief to watch and not have any emotional investment in the outcome. Now, I can have a normal relationship with AI because I know, I will never find anyone like David again. It's just statistically impossible for a talent like his to appear this soon - his gift is a once in maybe a decade kind of thing!! Anyway, I have to watch because I really like the new judge, Kara. I actually sold her an apartment in NYC in 2003 and she was so nice. Of course, at that time I never knew what the future held for her or me. She was just really starting her career then. He will be pretty scarce for a while...as it should be. wah! I also suspect some radio promos, most likely by phone and a few in studio when he can for ALTNOY and whatever the third single turns out to be. Although I have no doubt he will keep us updated regularly, "The Long Dark Teatime of the Soul" is upon us, peeps.... Get used to it. You give a good argument for watching. I did like Melinda and Elliott particularly, didn't watch the first and second season. I really enjoyed Bo Bice's performance when he performed as a guest last season. But by not watching this season, I can claim back two nights a week times a few months.
