It is really different when the song you perform comes from within. No wonder his best cuts are the ones David has a hand in creating.

Exhibit A: DLG. Wherever, whenever, this piece just extracts something special from David. The intensity just jumps even from the smallest of screens, crawls through my skin, till it completes the transmission of the emotional heat.

In a split of a second. Like magic!

Very few artists can make that degree of connection.

Come May 16, am a goner…
