Dawn65, what a beautiful tribute. I have never been a Mariah fan but do like HERO. The words and your choice of pictures were a perfect combination to honor David.

Freo, your article was worth reading more than once and it does seem like more than a coincidence that such a similar article was written at CDC.

Rapture – just want to thank you again. If it wasn’t for your daughter I would not have my picture of me and David and yes I put my arm on his shoulder but I still haven’t TOUCHED HIS HAND!!! haha

Dawn – your video is absolutely beautiful (puts tears of joy) in my eyes. It’s overwhelming to me to realize just how much David has given to everyone. He has really touched so many lives (I wonder if he really knows that). We all have so many struggles in life and this kid/boy/man shows up 1 year ago and totally transforms us.

He’s brought so much joy, love, and HOPE into my life. No matter what we’re going through he just seems to lift our spirits, makes us smile, brings contentment and peace and lets us know everything is ok.
