dawn#385 – glad you were one of the first to be at a VIP session. Because you are so real, I can identify with your actions and subsequent feelings. Actually, I thought your experience was endearing not embarassing. I love Fangirl & hope she never goes in to time out. Thanx for all the info on VIP’s.

RONALD – I posted several threads ago that clear channel & star radios in LA have started playing David. His stripped performance triggered it and that set is on-demand on their websites.

Since international fans cannot access the on-demand channels, we have asked almost everyone to stream so he can rank

I’ve been sleep deprived today so I am a tad on the punch-drunk side of things which leaves my giggle-reflex in hair-trigger mode (tho I did just take a power nap and had a nice cookie) ~ so, taking this into account, I just watched this and found myself simultaneously swooning, squeeing, thudding, and *daffylaffin* nearly to the point of asphyxiation.

Is it just me? (offered as waiting-for-Lafayette vids interim entertainment)

While on the topic of hearing David, can you believe that I heard David for the very first time on the radio yesterday? I was at the University of Michigan and I heard “Crush” playing out of the speakers at this Subways restaurant. And this jock type in knee length shorts was air-drumming and bopping his head!

And on top of that, “Crush” was one of the short song snippets included in the radio’s commercial for itself. I was so purr-oud!

Being from SF, which for some reason hasn’t played David yet, this was my first chance to hear him! Yippee!

More randomness – locally we have a big celebration the week of the 4th-rodeo, parade, carnival, etc that lasts about 10 days. Always have big name singers, mostly country but other varieties also. Year after year these concerts are consistently sold out or near sellouts. This year…about half the attendance, selling some tickets for $5.00.
