Tragedy in Japan

The devastating tragedy in Japan reminds us that we are vulnerable to the natural forces of the earth. Tragedy can strike without warning, whether it be a natural disaster or a personal one.
So many of David’s fans have told stories of how hearing David sing during times of great sadness, loss and stress has been a hand-hold on sanity and offered comfort in the midst of their pain and distress.

I was stuck having to work on news stories all day about the devastation in Japan following the quake & tsunami and finally when everything was in and I was able to watch the news, guess which story came on -- A story on Rising Star Outreach Program. And, they had a small interview with David! That helped cheer me up a little. It was nice to see something good and heartwarming.
Though the reporter highlighted the WRONG person in the story, it was very nice to see.
