Reliving “David Archuleta Live in Manila 3″
1st Solo Concert, Book Signing and Real M&Gs
July is known in these parts as the Asian Tour month, as two years ago David Archuleta went around Indonesia, Malaysia, Ho Chi Minh, Hanoi & Manila to promote his 3rd studio album, The Other Side of Down. His 2011 Asian Tour would have included Japan had it not been cancelled due to a typhoon.
TDC had an extensive coverage of David’s 2011 Asian Tour which you can find on this page – David Archuleta Live in Asia 2011! The one-stop page includes concert videos, photos, media reports, TV appearances and stories — making it easy for you to relive David’s time in Asia.

His energy flowed like bubbles from a champagne bottle right from the opening song, “Stomping the Roses,” whose light pop-rock beat he magnified through expansive body movements.
He would do these gesticulations throughout the show, along with peculiar, happy-as-a-drunk dance steps that could tease any punk rocker in the crowd. It was quite a sight—a nerdy, clean-cut kid bouncing up and down like he has just turned on to the Sex Pistols.
Almost every tune that followed meant the moon and the stars to the thousands of love-struck teeners in the crowd. But those who have never heard of Archuleta’s albums couldn’t afford to ignore his earnest vocals…
Can’t wait for 2014 to come so we will have more of these amazingness from TheArchuletor!
