Today, 09 May 2012 is once again David Archuleta Day! We have been celebrating this in our own small way for the past 4 years. What do you plan to do this year?
Wow! That was quite a day. Thanks for documenting all of this so well and archiving it. I know there is a plan to Trend Happy David Archuleta Day @900 a.m. EST US time on May 9. Hope everyone can join us which will be evening in the Phillipines.
Meanwhile our young man is serving in South America!! He has accomplished so much for such a young man. Proud to be a fan for all these years and plan to be here forevermore.
Yes he has accomplished a lot in the last 4 years esp considering the slips & tumbles made by his label and management.
Got to give to the guy, he is one hardworking celebrity!

“How does a guy on a 2 yr out of the country mission, without label or professional management, manage to still put out and distribute music, while holding the interest of his core fans domestic and abroad?b Specially when more recent alums w/ big label contracts and mgmt and those so called ‘perks’ can’t get arrested, or get anyone to play their music on radio, or buy it? Gotta give the little guy props – he’s not fading near as fast into oblivion or irrelevancy as some of his peers with all those ‘perks’. If anything, it’s probably been more financially lucrative for him, not being beholden to a label, or paying hi-priced mgmt for doing nothing, lol… Looks like a win/win for the fans – and him.”
Yeah, how does he manage that? He’s learned a lot about production, knows who to hire, where to go, and what he wants to sing. Can’t beat that!
Oh my, thank you so much @jackryan4da for documenting all of this. while watching all those videos, it burst me into tears. i can imagine when David comes back after his 2 year mission in Chile, not only Utah will celebrate his return but also all his Fans all over the world.
